Additional Hours

You may add additional hours to any booking for $125/hour. Please plan your time wisely when booking to allow for enough time for any personal touches to the room. An additional charge will be added if not out by the time specified on the contract.

Reservation

A $500 Non-Refundable deposit is required for evening events. A 50% deposit is required for daytime events. Receipt of deposit indicates that you have read and agreed to the terms of the contract.

Alcoholic beverages and smoking are not permitted in the building.
