Can we bring in our own catering?

YES

All vendors are welcome and there is no extra charge.  If you are doing your own catering make sure you have plenty of help to clear tables and stock your food tables.

Do you allow alcohol?

NO

Drinking of alcohol on the premises is generally not encouraged.  An open bar is not permitted.  However, a small toast using alcohol would be permissible.

Do you charge extra for ceremonies?

NO

Bella vista will set up for the first event of the night.  If there needs to be a change to the room, e.g. converting to reception, you can have  family and friends with the help of the hostess make the changes quickly.  This way we can keep the cost down for you.

How many people can you accommodate?

175 for a sit down dinner or ceremony  (Can do more with the rental of more chairs)

300 for presentation seating

500 for flowing reception

Can I change my event hours?

YES

Evening events are 7 hrs.  The most common rental time is 3-10pm.  You can adjust the 7 hour slot with no additional charge from 4-11 or 5-12.

Can we come in early to set up?

NO

The start time listed on your agreement is firm.  If you feel that you will need more time to set up, additional hours can be purchased at $100/hr or $300 for all day use.

What if we want more time?

You can add by the hour $100/hr or $300 to have access to the venue all day.

What does the event hostess do?

The hostess is there for the entire event making sure everything is running smoothly (sound system, TV, heating & air, lighting etc.)  She does not clear tables or make announcements for cutting cake, etc.

How do we secure a date?

We cannot hold any date without a deposit.  Deposits can be done over the phone or in person with a credit card or check.  Deposits are non refundable and indicate that you have agreed to the terms of the contact.

Do you have a dance floor?

Yes

It is 20×20 and is $200.  However, you are also able to just leave an area on the carpet for dancing.

Are you open on Sunday?

NO

Do you allow quinceañeras?

NO

Do you have outdoor space?

NO

When can we stop by?

Our office hours change due to events but normally we are in the office on Monday and Wednesday from 3-6pm and Tuesday and Thursday 11-2.  Friday and Saturday by appointment.  It is always good to call ahead and schedule so we can ensure you will have our undivided attention.  If those times don’t work we can also schedule time that works better for you.  Just give us a call.
