Can we bring in our own catering?


All vendors are welcome and there is no extra charge.

Can we serve alcohol?

Drinking of alcohol on the premises is generally not encouraged.  An open bar is not permitted.  However, a small toast using alcohol would be permissible.

Do you charge extra for ceremonies?


Bella vista will set up for the first event of the night.  If there needs to be a change to the room, e.g. converting a ceremony to a reception, you can have family and friends make the change quickly.  This way we can keep the cost down for you.

How do we secure a date?

We can not hold a date without a deposit. Deposits can be done over the phone or in person with a credit card or check. Deposits are non refundable and indicate that you have agreed to the terms of the contract.

Can we come in early to set up?


The start time listed on your agreement is firm. If you feel that you will need more time you can add $400 for all day use.

What does the event hostess do?

The hostess is on site during your event to make sure our venue is running smoothly. She does not coordinate or manage your event. She does not help set up your personal decorations or clear tables.

How many people can Bella Vista accommodate?

175 for a sit down dinner or ceremony or 500 for a flowing reception.

Large events requiring more than 14 guest tables will have an additional fee due to additional tables, chairs, linens, additional support staff for cleanup & set up and security.

Can we stay past 11PM??


There will, however, be an additional fee due to after hours cleanup crew and security. If you feel your event will be under this category please talk to our staff for details and pricing before you book.

Do you offer a dance floor?


Our dance floor is 20×20 and costs $200.  However, you can easily dance on our carpet if a space is left open.

Does Bella Vista schedule Quinceañeras?
