Alright ladies, have you heard of Pinterest? It’s an AMAZING tool when it comes to collecting, organizing and retrieving all the ideas and images you collect as you’re planning your wedding.
This is how it works.
1. Go to Pinterest and request to join (free).
2. After you have joined you will be given 5 generic boards to start with. You can keep those boards or change them.
When collecting ideas for your wedding you will probably want to start with the boards: flowers, decorations, photography ideas, hair and dress ideas, etc.
3. You will then download the “PIN IT” button onto your computer. It’s easy just drag and drop.
4. Now when you are browsing websites or blogs and you come across a picture or idea you like, you click your “pin it” button; then select the image you want to pin. Pinterest will ask you what board do you want to pin it to (ie: flowers, decor, invitations, food, etc.) Now it is safely stored and easily retrieved at any computer and time.
5. It’s easy and fun and a great way to organize all the fun ideas you will be collecting.
